ABOUT
HEADS is a secular nonprofit organization established in 1984 and head quartered in Muttala, Ananthapur (D). Our health initiative covers 26 villages in & around KIADB Industrial area Devanahalli taluk & Bangalore north (D) with population of 25795 including 5000 migrants and in AP covers 20 villages in Atmakur Mandal, Ananthpur Dist.Community Health care project working towards spreading awareness of preventive & primitive health. It reaches out to the poor through our two health centers MITE hospital Muttala, HEADS Wipro Health center at KIADB & a mobile van that goes from village to village, fostering basic treatment & checkups to almost 40000 people. Our Initiatives • Village health points • Village mobile health camps, • Adolescent’s girls health education and awareness classes, • Preventive health care training programs for SHGs Members and Village health guides, • Promoting reproductive health & safe mother hood awareness programs, • School children healthcare & hygiene
